A city of crossed threads
A city of crossed threads was based on the underground in London. Whilst Isabella Keziah was briefly living there she fell for the undergrounds unrecognisable charm. Other commuters see a mass of people, crammed carriages and rush time delays. But Keziah was fascinated by the underground and the beautiful way it brought people together. Commuting is something we all have in common but do we appreciate the true beauty of it?
The clever colour coordinated maps were what inspired this collection. These colours are to signify a unity within people. We all come from different backgrounds but are travelling on the same journey together.
Isabella Keziah wants this collection to inspire people to recognise community amongst strangers. Next time you are on a train take time to really soak up the connections around you and smile at the life we are all sharing.
